While I'm normally paleo/low-carb, when I had to eat soft food for a week after dental surgery, I got tired of homemade soups, mushy-cooked veggies, eggs & crabcakes, and tried Hodo tofu-veggie burgers. I liked them and my husband loved them!

they come vacuum-sealed in pairs and can be refrigerated or frozen. they keep for 60+ days in the fridge. Something I will now keep on hand as it just takes a few minutes to heat up a couple so they're good emergency rations or quick kids' meals. they're high-protein (19g) and low-net-carb (3, plus 8g fiber).
