Hello all,BK was discharged in '95. I'm now looking to (hoping to) purchase a home and have no clue as to where to start.1. Do I have to look for "problem credit" lenders only?2. How do I separate the good lenders from the bad who simply take advantage of (and dash the hopes of) people with poor credit?3. I've heard that "pre-qualifying" is a good idea...How do I do that? also, will this add inquiries to my already damaged report? I thank you all in advance and apologize if this has been covered before. (I didn't see a FAQ listednitaylor
