What defines a small employer and when they can use SEP IRA? If I can get my boss to go this way it may work out for future monthly pre-tax contributions.

For my former 401K I'll put it into a IRA at Datek and do some Foolish stuff there. I'll have to review the Tax Guide to decide on regular IRA vs. Roth. It may turn out that next year I'll be in a higher tax bracket (I hope.) So that's one reason for looking at doing the Roth now, correct?
