Horsetail supplements, because of their high concentration of silica, which is important to bone repair. High-dose vitamin C, as high as you can go without experiencing diarrhea. Vitamin C is critical to tissue repair. (Just remember that your body can't metabolize more than 500 mg at a time. So take 500 mg every few hours.) Eat a lot of protein. I would add a good broad-mineral-spectrum bone support supplement, if you don't already take one. High-dose vitamin D supplementation if your level is low.
