I'm an English teacher for the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne (Lausanne Hotel and Business School) in Switzerland and have been a closet Rule Maker for several years.

Our fourth semester students are doing profiles on Hospitality companies, and part of our investment analysis (the second part of the profile) will be based on the first 9 of the 10 RM criteria.

Debt for all of these companies tend to be a problem... Which companies would YOU rate as *closest* to a RM?
The list businesses the students are choosing from is as follows (some are real dogs):

Marriott International
Starwood Hotels & Resorts
Hilton Hotels
Host Marriot
Patriot American Hospitality
Harrah's Entertainment
Mirage Resorts
Circus Circus Enterprises
Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts
Mandalay Resort Group
Wyndham International
