Hospitals are complicated to build - intensive care units and operating rooms are not "just rooms with beds". They require hundreds (thousands) of specialized items not only delivered, but delivered in the order and quantity to assemble into a single unit.

True. They are complicated to build. But I doubt these new ones put up in a jiffy are really hospitals. Probably just big giant wards to quarantine people. Intensive care units? Full operating rooms? Unlikely.
