First off, sell CDR. EQY sold its stake. Yeah, it looks like a very good REIT....but the takeover is gone.

Next,sell LAF. A takeover bid came in, and it is less than market price. Now, it is still almost a triple from the buy price, not counting dividends, so that is quite cool indeed.

Finally, MWY should be sold. I suggested selling around 10.50, from a buy at less than 3. It then went up to 23......and now it came down hard when Sumner stopped buying.

Still holding on to Pioneer. Hey, oil companies might come down if energy prices drop like forcast....but if you want to be in the sector, methinks its the company to own.
