There are not many sure things in the investment world, but I believe this is one of them: Interest rates on US treasuries will rise some time in the future. I don't know when, but someday they will be higher than today.

What is the best way to take advantage of this? Profunds has a fund called Rising Rate Opportunity (RRPIX) that is structured to move 125% of the inverse daily price movement of the most recently issued long bond.

One and a quarter times (125%)is fine, but when offered a sure thing, how can I get a higher payoff?

Does anyone know a method to multiply the return on an interest rate bet? Especially in an IRA where buying on margin is not allowed.

Thanks,
