I have joined the local Planet Fitness gym, and would like to use it as the place to do some sort of winter workout to keep me in shape for the golf season in the spring, but I have no idea about the best way to leverage the equipment there to meet this goal. Does anyone here belong to a gym and have a routine that makes the best use of the equipment there? It seems I want to work on abs, but anything in particular? Anything else I should also focus on?

I'd love some helpful hints.
