How do you sell shares of stock, if you don't have
a regular stock broker? (I have the certificates)

In most instances you can sell the shares through the companies transfer agent. The transfer agent is identified on the stock certificate, usually on the bottom portion. Contact them.

Alternatively, find the company's web site and find your way to their shareholder relations area. They should be able to help you. Some companies actively buy odd lt positions (usually shareholders of less than 100 shs) in orger to reduce the cost of record keeping.
