How often do you eat out for lunch? Could you try reducing it by half. You could get outside and eat a lunch that you brought from home. Without having to go to a restaurant, you would have more time to unwind.

P.S. I'm running out of lunch alternatives now that spring and summer have arrived. During the winter a can of soup is fine, but during the summer it feels too "heavy".

Any thoughts on stuff I can keep around that won't feel "too heavy" but are easy grabs on the way out of the house in the morning? It's a safe bet the days I buy food at lunch are the days we are running late, already at the leftovers for dinner and I don't have time to throw something together. So some alternatives (even if they are in a can/freezer box) that don't have an extremely short shelf life would be fabu.
