So far in my incredibly novice experiences I only use the usual P/X ratios (P/E, P/S, P/B to determine valuation of any stock relative to it's history. What is DCF and how can that be used to value a stock. Is this a better way to look at it? How is it calculated?? Is there any other valuation methods that are also useful?
