I am a day trader, how should I itemize gain and losses on my 1040's schedule D? I have many transactions on one stock within the month and year. Should I itemized them by per transaction or per security?

Does the wash sale rule apply when I trade the stock many times within the year(before 1/1/98) and I have not trade the stock since this year?

Thank you for your time reviewing my question.
