I would definitely agree with that. And I did find on the MarketWatch profile page https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/skt/profile that he's 59 years old - so he'll be 60 either later this year or early next year. Fighting an uphill battle vs. retiring? I'd certainly go for retiring at that age.
