I expect it's the itemized deduction phaseout, which is itself being phased out, isn't it? Since it doesn't affect me or my VITA clients, I don't bother keeping up with that one.

For OP, if you are talking about the reduction in itemized deductions for AGI's above whatever the number is, you don't apply that to each deduction. It's computed after you've totaled all your itemized deductions. See line 28 of Schedule A
