Thanks to the new SEC regulation FD (fair disclosure), companies now have to let the public know information they tell analysts.

In current meetings with analysts HRC is presenting the slides shown at

http://www.freeedgar.com/EdgarConstruct/Data/1005150/01-18/0002.txt

(although graphics have been omitted).

Still, the information looks up-beat. I liked the valuation comparison they presented:

Valuation Comparison

o HRC Trading at a Discount to the Healthcare Provider Universe
- HRC Trades at 8x EBITDA vs. 13x for Industry
- HRC Trades at a 20 P/E vs. 29 P/E for Industry
- HRC's Implied Stock Valuation at Industry Multiples: $21 - $29
- Improving EBITDA Margin

o HRC Trading at a Discount to the Healthcare Provider Universe

Good Luck,
Z
