They say if join "ETF pro" can do downloads, which would eliminate the cut/paste, leaving a little filter for the actual ticker.

The data does include average 3 month return.

Given a list of tickers, then sorting those farthest from 52 week lows or highest past 2 weeks isn't hard (I may have R code for that kicking around).
