I agree that it can be a vast, siloed website, but there are ways you can make it better as a user. Here are a few things I do:

Near the top of this page, you'll find the title of the message board you're on ("Coach"), and a red heart next to it. Click the red heart. Now this board is one of your "Favorites". When you do find the subscriber-only message boards for your services, click those red hearts so you can find them again easily the next time.

Bookmark http://my.fool.com and use that as your entry point into the Motley Fool. You'll see a box on the right side of that page that lists all of your "Favorite" boards that have new messages to read.

You can also bookmark this page: http://boards.fool.com/YourPosts.asp That page lists all of your recent posts that have received replies.

You will also see on the right side of the My Fool homepage that there's a box called "My Links". You can add bookmarks to places around the Motley Fool there by clicking the "Edit" button. I can't remember, but that link to find your replies might be one of the default links in that box.
