I agree the buybacks will likely continue in a Big way at this or a similar discount. I understand Jim’s point wrt buybacks, however retirement of 3-4% of shares annually over time seems like it would become meaningful to earnings per share and market value.

I do hope WEB will have another chance to bag a huge elephant but not too optimistic in the near future give such full valuations, the necessary premium and all of the PE money out there. So nice to have the powder and complete optionality. Miss the old days when acquisitions were commonplace!
