I agree whole-heartedly that JAKK is undervalued (I'm long at$12 and plan on holding), but the Street penalizes companies for uncertainty and disappointed expectations. MIssing a short-term (management-guided) target of .37 eps by 18 percent is cause to doubt longer term management forecasts (especially in retail toys --which, like movies, are unpredictably dependent on new hits each year -- when consumers may be closing their pocket books.
