I agree with Denny, the best coffee comes from good quality beans and an Italian Espresso machine. I use my beloved 10 year old machine to make my daily double shot Americano. If I need the extra boost, I make it a triple.

When I'm on the road, I will order coffee in a restaurant and am usually disappointed and don't finish it. One thing I do to mediate that disappointment, as well as the high price of room service coffee which always disappoints, is to pack Via, the instant coffee in single serving packets from Starbucks; it is surprisingly good. I buy the Dark Roast and combo that with my small travel electric kettle, which is made mostly from silicone and so is collapsible. I get my Via from Amazon in a 50 pack for $35, free shipping. You can buy smaller packs at Starbucks, but it costs almost twice that.

Have never seen the Luckin brand, but I'll keep on the lookout. Always happy to try a cup of coffee.
