I agreed with you in the past on BGS, however, things do change. I pulled my money out a while ago when I noticed a patern of missing earnings estimates, and the the CEO would also turn up missing on Mad Money. He'd be there when they hit, and not when they missed.
Now, he is leaving the company, and I still don't see any reason to put my cash back into it. Dividend is nice, that's for sure, but T for example is better, and I won't be worried about the investment as much.
