I am new at the "investement stuff" and was recently looking to buy HOE. According to one of the messages posted, one should wait until they change their management but since they are merging with Rhone-Poulenc, do you think it will turn the company around. The merger should be complete by the end of the year. If it is a good thing then is there a benefit to buy it at this point?
