I am not sure where you saw 45 - I'm not disputing it - but the S&P has AMSY at a fair market value of 51. Also, if AMSY holds in the 40's for a while, there is a chance that it may split, if past performance is any indicator of things to come (I know, there are always those disclaimer that past performance is no indicator of future conditions, but in this case, I think it shows something about the way that the board of directors of the company thinks).

I'm not trying to disuade you from selling, goodness knows AMSY hasn't been this high in a long time, but treat the above as some food for thought.
