I appreciate the input, but we are really trying not to burn bridges. Eldest is a Comp Sci major focusing on internet security, and may very well want to work for this company some day. Pity I probably won't be a customer by then...I am not cool with the concept of having to request permission to contact someone if there is a problem. They need to stop hiding behind their computer screens.
