Yes Sir, I'm using my rescued from the curb and rebuilt vintage weber sprint gasser that I converted to natural gas. I will crank up the heat and brown the meat then lower the heat to reach 300° in the Dutch oven and let the whole shebang simmer till the meat is fork-tender- This recipe is intended for a crockpot but I thought I would give it a go out on the grill
