I called Amex on 03/28 and the CSR saw three offerings in the system for 3.99% for balance transfers for life for Amex Blue Cash. Unfortunately, I did not get an immediate decision. I will have to wait for a letter to come in the mail. I have never been denied a credit card before, so I am hoping that they are just verifying my information and then sending an acceptance. She told me that it would take up to 2 weeks for me to get the letter, and then an additional two weeks to get balance transfer checks if I get a favorable decision. I will need to use balance transfer checks to send to the timeshare company.

Thanks to all for your help!
