I can go to "file" tab at the top of the page, and then at top of that page it gives you options, to "print/save" for your records, a drop down screen gives you the forms you can print out. Your federal tax form comes up first, and on mine the state returns follow. I have printed mine out and mailed them (2018). This is before the e-file screens
