I can see Oregon stations running out of fuel as suppliers either can't provide the necessary 'carbon content' information or don't have the systems to track every bit of origin of all the fuel they get.

We're about 15 miles from the nearest WA gas station. I could go in the late morning after the rush hour clears or late at night. But I'd expect the lines to be like socialist bread lines if we can't get gas in Oregon.
