i completely agree with you. providing a jpg was acceptable 5 years ago but today i wouldn't consider anything other than a pdf or better.

like i said before, though, i think they are trying to limit their services for the <$200 fee. a pdf would give the customer more options than the jpg (scalability, etc...) so for $200 the jpg is all you get. if you want a pdf or a drawing file you'll have to pay more. the jpg is the teaser...
