I do have one additional complaint. There's no secure mail feature. That means I have to contact them by phone to get any answers to my questions. Kind of irritating.

Actually, you can contact them via secure mail. Log in to your Citibank Online account and select the "Support" link towards the top of the screen. Under Customer Service you should then see a link to "Send/Receive Messages".

I've found it can take them up to 48hrs to respond to your mail. You'll have to log back in to your Citibank Online account to retrieve their reply.
