I do mine in a crock pot. Slice open the bag of pre-seasoned corned beef, add the veggies on top. Come back later to yumminess.

The sandwiches I had at church were Rubens. Invented in Omaha, ya know!

Thin sliced corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, I think they had thousand island dressing, on toasted rye bread (since it was a large scale church function - buttered and oven toasted.) Served with cabbage soup, cole slaw, pickles, and brownies. Plus all the free beer/soda/mixed drinks you wanted.

They were really good sandwiches!
