I don't recall Trump's position being no option, in fact he sounded a lot like you just did, under certain circumstances there are options.

Trump (and the GOP) seek to reduce the number of abortions by making abortion more difficult and more expensive to obtain for women.
What is the result of that?
Educated middle and upper class women will continue to have access to abortions; poor, uneducated and women suffering from mental illness or from a substance abuse problem will not be able to get abortions at all.

The main result is that there will be a substantial increase in the number of crack and meth babies.

I don't think Republicans have really thought through the consequences of their anti-abortion policies.
