I had an old SAR SEP account with Alliance Bernstein that the company I work for offered a few years ago before we got to big. I transfered the holdings to my TD Ameritrade account and want to do some better investing with them. I'm just not sure what my tax implications are going to be.

Real, real fast now. When did you do this, and exactly how is the Ameritrade account titled? (Use "John Doe" in place of your name.)

If you messed something up there may be time to fix it.
