I have a good one for you. On my Citibank card -
March 2nd and 3rd I made a couple of charges.
March 8th I sent a payment for the total charges at that time.
I made a couple more charges.
March 27th March payment was due.
March 31st I made a payment for the total.
April 8th I got a late charge for March.

I called customer service and asked why I got the late charge. The March payment was due March 27th. But I made a payment March 8th? It was less than the minimum. But it was for the total amount? He kind of freaked out at that point, said he would reverse the charge, and then he hung up.
