I have a Massmutual 401k account. They offer a good mix of 15 funds, divided into the categories of:

Fixed Income, Lifestyle / Asset Allocation, Large Cap value, Large cap Core, Large Cap Growth, Small/Mid Cap Value, Small/Mid Cap growth and two international funds.

There is a .93% expense ratio S&P index fund which falls in the "large cap core" category. There is also a guaranteed interest option.

I find the online service to be pretty robust and easy to understand. The statement of account feature makes it truly easy to see your returns.

Hope this helps.
