I have heard of these guys, my sister likes to eat there on occasion, and she is a vegetarian! Based on the menu I just read, I don't know what she finds to eat. It may be out of my ballpark, anyway, as it requires a personal net worth of $1,500,000, and I am not even close.(

Besides, I'd rather start with something smaller and then look around at other opportunities. Anyone recc any good books? Thanks!
