I have managed to work at least a year even at companies I didn't like or respect. I would not be too concerned about the moving forward quickly if you are continuing to learn. I am concerned that your disappointment will affect your work and continue as a source of stress. It would be easier to switch if you know someone (or several folks) at the new company and could therefore verify the assumptions you are making about the people and products.
