I have read that Heelys is going public under HLYS. I called them (Heelys) because a date was not provided. They returned my call and said to check sec.gov under S-1 filings...

on an investment, I really think it would be great to get in on the IPO and then maybe get out in a year or two, unless they incorporate new products.
