I have to agree that the buyback was ill timed. If you consider CNXS has $4 a share, they could have bought back a huge chunk of stock for $6, but doing it at this level will cost $20. Were they not confident before? I know they don't have to buy back shares but it would have been a lot nicer to initiate a large program 2 years ago, not now after a 150% increase in stock price.
