I just checked with my Vanguard IRA I started in 10/09/2001 on first contributions. I also merged 2 Roth IRAs into 1 fund.

I would have to say that I had a Roth IRA at least 4 1/2 years. I consider the market hard as the returns on the fund isn't exactly worth writing about.

However the decision to sell will only be made if theres extensive amount of fixing up the place is needed. AS I have not heard if the place I located is available or not .

My goal is to find that hidden gem in real estate thats affordable to what I make and won't be a predatory loan I get.
