I just downloaded 2Q 10Q CF data for O and I'm impressed with what they did vs what I feared they'd report. Everything except Revenue per share is off slightly from 1Q20. Using rolling 4Q, CFFO/sh dropped from $.86 to $.82, the interest expense as a % of CFFO went from 21% to 22% and dividend to net CFFO Payout went from 68% to 72%. These are much better numbers than I was afraid we were going to be seeing.

Then there's NNN....and I am indeed concerned about their numbers which are not out yet.
