I know that Saturn has a policy of no negotiations, but does that include all the extras as well? Meaning, if I make a statement like "Throw in the floor mats for free and I'll buy the car today" or something to that effect, will the Saturn Dealer entertain that offer?

I asked this same question when buying our SC2 in 2001 - all I got was a quizzical look in return.
Overall, Saturn makes inexpensive cars that are easy to maintain, fairly cheap to repair, depreciate rapidly and last for quite a while. They are a good value if you don't mind driving a non-luxury car and keeping it for at least 5 years...
