I know this will be an unpopular comment, but it's not good for your body and especially your wrists to play video/computer games for extended periods. I went through a scary period where I developed a mild form of tendonitis, including wrist pain even when I wasn't typing or playing computer games. Fortunately, the treatment (prescribed by my doctor) was relatively simple: eat well, exercise, and take frequent rest breaks from typing and/or gaming. Damage to your wrists gets worse the longer you type/play. One 7-hour session is much more dangerous than one hour a day for a week.
