I made fathead pizza again last night but using coconut flour instead of almond flour in the crust. It worked just fine... but I burnt it a bit. The crust recipe says 12-15 minutes at 220 degrees so I set the timer to the conservative side, 12 minutes. That turned out to be too long.

Probably the recipe developer assumed most readers wouldn’t use a pizza stone as I did. That accelerates the cooking of the crust quite a bit.

Otherwise a good crust, easy to make into a satisfying pizza.
