I only discovered fasting 6 months ago, and I have to say it is the easiest plan I have ever followed. If anyone is interested, read Delay Not Deny by Gin Stevens.

Ok, I grabbed the Kindle edition and will read it. Intermittent fasting has always interested me. When I’ve tried it, my appetite vanishes. I can go on and on fasting, and I feel great. I guess it has to do with lowering insulin, which of course also burns fat and has other beneficial impacts. Plus, i don’t have to wash so many dishes, pans, bowls etc. Which also frees up time for other things I want to do.
