I posted on my caps pitch to buy back in August:

Boone Pickens is almost without peer in his knowledge, understanding and vision of the energy sector, particularly natural gas. His calls on oil and natural gas have been dead on... last year, he shorted natural gas and made over 1 BILLION dollars for his investors.

CNBC is travelling with him in China this week. Boone wants to do business with them regarding selling them LNG (liquid natural gas) that the Chineese are embracing for use in cars and mass transit systems. Boone says of LNG that it burns cleaner, costs less than oil, and we have an abundance of it in the US. He says that the US will move to using it as a viable alternative to gasoline for transportation.

You don't get to be a self-made billionaire by being wrong, being reckless or lacking the vision to see how things can be. Boone's a winner.
