I read it. The buyback suggests they are spinning out far more cash than they know what to do with. I don't really know what they think of their future prospects and growth, but if they can keep the ship steady even in a flat market the dividend should make ownership worth it.

I imagine the problem with this company is that technology companies are supposed to grow and old line hardware companies don't have much room left for that.
