I really doubt she can be talked out of it.

Don't even try. In fact, don't even talk about money, finance, debt, real estate, etc. at all with her. The more you talk about these subjects, the more she'll parrot the company line and further brainwash herself.

Instead talk about what's really meaningful in life. What that is, is between you and her. But anything that she can't immediately turn into "you should start borrowing money and flipping properties too" is good for her mental health (and yours, btw).
