i recommend three things:

1:> Ask your doctor about your particular case. 70-110 is the normal healthy range, but some normals might be built on deviations.

2:> Ask your symptoms. If you consistently feel fine when your glucose measurement is 65, you likely are fine. If you are consistently dizzy at 75, maybe you need to be at 80.

3:> Don't believe me. i'm not a doctor -- yours, or anyone else's.
